CNN: The Fed has revealed the new $50 bill to come out September 28. Like the $20, this bill will sport colors in addition to green. All the bills will eventually be changed, but we don’t know which one’s next yet.

vnunet: Since January, the number of new phising scams has risen by 700%. Phisers aren’t letting up and people aren’t getting much wiser. Most phishers, however, still use relatively unsophisticated methods of phising. Often all that’s done is spoofing the email address of a valid (bank) company.

CNN: Almost all nationwide mobile carriers are working together to create a national 411 database of cell phone number. Only Verizon is not participating because of privacy concerns. Concerns which are very valid.
