CNN: Not to read, that is, but to edit. Encarta (owned by MSN) follows in the footsteps of Wikipedia to allow readers to edit content to correct mistakes or enter omissions. Encarta, however, will have much stricter guidelines than Wikipedia and will hire an additional thousand editors to check content users submit.
