The ”huge” Problem of the DST Change

CNN: Now that Congress has approved the change to Daylight Savings Time, consumers and manufacturers will be running into a new problem – automatically adjusting technologies will be adjusting to DST at the wrong time.
Come spring 2007, your computers, VCR, and clock may need manual setting of the time. Heavens! That’s “horrible”!
